I tried lot of websites to convert the RGB to other color format. Most of the cases my self end up with frustation. In that moment i decided to create a website with less advertisment.
I know and I agree that the adds will provide money to run the websites but we have to think of the user experince also
It may yield you revenue for the time being but it wont maje you sustain in the market for the long term. The user easily get frustrated bcoz of the advertisement placement in the random place or N number of adverstisment
