3. Why I cannot able to track my package?
If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received. Please contact respective courrier service.

Once you delete the account we remove all you package tracking numbers and respective status.

In our applciation we are not collecting any of your Personal information. We are getting the unique id from apple or gmail on your sign in process.This unique id is not connected to your personal information.
This unique id is used keep the tracking number under your profile.
